Michelle Fuentes, LCSW
As a highly experienced and compassionate Clinician, Michelle specializes in providing comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and couples. Michelle supervises a team of clinicians, ensuring they deliver high-quality care to their clients. She is also a dedicated Social Work Field Instructor in the State of New York and holds the designation of Qualified Supervisor (QS) in the State of Florida, where she mentors future clinical social workers.

Johan Peguero, LCSW
In addition to supervising a group of clinicians in the practice, Johan provides psychotherapy to clients who struggle with an array of challenges. This includes depression, anxiety, work-related stress, relationship setbacks, and other hardships. Johan’s goal is to help people get through some of their toughest moments in life and help them be their best selves.

Stefan Stanjevic, LCSW
Stefan specializes in working with couples. Through therapy, Stefan provides a safe environment to support couples of diverse backgrounds and teaches them how they may better negotiate themselves in an ever-changing social world.
Stefan helps clients gain awareness of their experiences in the relationship and recognize the negative patterns that contribute to conflict. He uses emotionally focused therapy to help couples see how insecurities may be hurting their relationship. He also teaches them how to feel safe with each other.

Victor Piacente, Esq., LMSW
Victor is a lawyer who is also a social worker. Victor’s framework is rooted in a comprehensive understanding that legal problems are often intertwined with social, medical, and financial problems. With respective skills in both professions, Victor understands how problems can impact an individual in the here and now; as a social worker, Victor looks beyond the presenting problem to understand how the client’s history and upbringing have impacted how they view the world around them.

Toni Rodriguez, LMSW
Toni has over 25 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, including at-risk youth, neurotypical children, and immigrants in non-profit organizations and NYC agencies. Toni especially enjoys working closely with parents offering support and guidance. Toni is a compassionate and empathetic psychotherapist who is committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. In addition, Toni participates in a Christian leadership mission to help women navigate decisions surrounding an unwanted pregnancy, where she offers support and guidance. Toni’s mission is to journey with people until they find healing and wholeness.

Qiana Outlaw, LMSW
Qiana has over 20 years of experience in social services providing trauma-informed care to children, youths, adults, and families. Qiana’s mission is to provide her clients with an empathetic and brave space to foster autonomy on their healing journey. She employs a variety of therapeutic modalities in her treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and self-care approaches. Qiana is passionate about providing high-quality mental health treatments to diverse populations. Qiana has a passion for helping others heal their inner child and reach their fullest potential.

Bianca Prasad, MSW
Bianca has been passionate about helping individuals from a very young age. She advocates for breaking the mental health stigma and helps those who feel they have lost their voice. That is why most of her work involves enlightening individuals about the impact and significance of mental health in today’s time. Bianca truly believes that therapy is beneficial for all. She understands the difficulty that individuals may face when starting therapy. Bianca is compassionate, empathetic, patient, and respectful. She believes that a client-centered and strengths-based approach is the basis of a prosperous journey.

Viviana Schmidt, MSW
Viviana is a bilingual English/Spanish therapist who trained in CBT. Viviana is a strong believer in self-empowerment. She understands the challenges of adjusting to life in a new country and the emotions associated with acculturating to the prevailing culture. She also understands that it is especially difficult for people to seek help due to the stigma surrounding mental health. Vivian’s empathetic and compassionate nature creates a safe space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Viviana’s ultimate aim is to support individuals in their journey toward self-discovery and overall mental well-being.

Kaitin Ebersol, MSW
Kaitlin is a graduate of the Columbia School of Social Work. As a psychotherapist, she combines evidence-based practices like cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing with holistic techniques taken from her training in yoga, meditation, and other somatic modalities. Kaitlin practices person-centered therapy, approaching clients with empathy and non-judgment and upholding the importance of their life experiences and need for self-determination.

Edda Liz Colon, MSW
Edda Liz is a Bilingual English/Spanish therapist who specializes in treating anxiety disorders. Edda uses interventions that focus on helping the client gain awareness of the root cause of their fears and teaches clients how to use CBT techniques to challenge their biases and negative thinking patterns. Edda also has a vested interest in culturally competent and anti-racist practices that she incorporates into her work with vulnerable populations. Her ability to remain flexible in her service delivery allows Edda to respond quickly to changes in the client’s situation, thus increasing positive therapeutic outcomes.

Christy Padilla, MSW
Christy is a dedicated and passionate therapist who has experience working with culturally diverse populations. Christy has a case management background and she has provided clinical support to at-risk populations, specifically clients with disabilities and unhoused individuals. Christy utilized integrative therapeutic approaches that focus on working with the clients through understanding emotions, thoughts, and core beliefs. Christy is committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients.
